TRAINING INSTITUTE

We have a training academy in Vadodara, All our security and fire personnel undergo rigorous training in our academy before deputation to any site. Our personnel must successfully complete required training plus pass a written exam, before graduating to on-the-job training. Our training exceeds all State requirements, and SIS will specifically match an individual’s skill, knowledge, and experience to your manpower requirements.

Training modules we focus on include:-

• Awareness of security laws
• Health and safety training
• Fire safety awareness
• Emergency procedures
• Patrolling
• Conflict management
• Communication skills and customer care

•  Before placing a security guard/ manpower at a particular place, we impart training at our training centre.

• One week on-the-job- training under instructor specially positioned at clients premises for the purpose.

• Refresher training is conducted at regular intervals to keep all personnel abreast with the latest techniques.

Curriculum includes -

• Physical training- Drill, PT, Turnout, Smartness & Alertness.
  
• Uniform, equipment & personal hygiene.
  
• Fire fighting & first aid.
  
• Electronics/ CCTV equipment and gadgets, ATM machine etc. .
